China IT industry University-Enterprise Cooperation Conference of the 19th Conference on International Exchange of Professionals Helps with "Two-Way Partnering"

In the paring session, the representative of the School of Software Engineering of South China University of Technology took the initiative to raise the number plate, indicating that the School enjoys technical reserves in AI and big data and hopes to strengthen the integration with enterprises. Representatives from both sides were then successfully paired and proceeded to“offline partnering" for project cooperation.
This efficient scene of"helping enterprises to find talents and universities to identify markets" took place at the"2021 China IT industry University-Enterprise Cooperation Conference" held in the Plum Blossom Hall on the5th floor of Shenzhen Convention & Exhibition Center that morning.
Together with Fiontu, the representatives of81 enterprises including Kingdee, OPPO, Honor, Shenzhen Leagsoft Technology, and Glacier from the fields of AI, Internet, intelligent terminals, information security, animation and games, intelligent hardware, etc. also participated in the partnering meeting.
Participating universities and research institutions include Beijing Jiaotong University, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Northeastern University, Dalian University of Technology, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, Northwestern Polytechnical University, and Peng Cheng Laboratory.
2021 China IT industry University-Enterprise Cooperation Conference was co-hosted by The Pilot Software Engineering Schools Association, Conference on International Exchange of Professionals and Shenzhen Science and Technology Innovation Commission, undertaken by Shenzhen Software Park Management Center, and co-organized by Shenzhen IT-BPO Promotion Council. The Conference lasted for two days.
Adopting a new"online + offline" model and dual engine of"roadshow + exhibition", the Conference invited universities of The Pilot Software Engineering Schools Association and established IT businesses and built a communication bridge between the two sides in talent training, science and technology R&D, commercialization of achievements, innovation and entrepreneurship.
For the online part, a University-Enterprise Cooperation Conference Docking Zone was set on"www.szitren.net", asking participating enterprises and universities of The Pilot Software Engineering Schools Association to upload graphic information and cooperation demands, and the two sides may leave messages for mutual selection.
For the offline event, over 100 universities of The Pilot Software Engineering Schools Association and IT enterprises were invited to the Conference, and representatives from20 organizations were recommended for the roadshow. Focusing on the cooperation between universities and enterprises on talent training and project R&D, the event enabled matchmaking between two sides through"University-Enterprise Matching Meeting" and"Achievement Exhibition".
In the"University-Enterprise Matching Meeting" held on April24, representatives of enterprises delivered presentations within a limited time, and engaged in"interactive interviews" led by the moderator, and at last the enterprises selected universities to cooperate with.
An"Achievement Exhibition" gallery was set up for outstanding universities and IT enterprises to showcase their achievements on site. Representatives of universities and IT companies helped to facilitate on-site in-depth matchmaking by exhibiting their science and technology achievements and demands for project cooperation and talent training.
